1. Identification of the owners

In compliance with Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, you are informed that the Kylog application, the associated service and the legal.babuin.dev portal are jointly provided by:

  1. Bogdan Ionut Ciobanu Ciobanu, NIF/NIE 08132353J.
  2. Petru Alexandru Oprea, NIF/NIE X4325515C.

2. Purpose

This notice governs access to Kylog’s legal pages, application and public information. Kylog provides free general tools for creating routines, recording workouts and synchronizing data.

The Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship. The Privacy Policy describes the processing of data. The Account Deletion guide explains how to close the account and what happens to the information.

3. Access and use

Access to the legal pages is open and free of charge. Use of the app requires an account, legal age and acceptance of the current Terms.

The user must use the services lawfully, diligently and in accordance with the instructions, refraining from:

4. Free service

Kylog is currently offered entirely free of charge. It does not market Premium plans, subscriptions, in-app purchases or trials that convert into charges. Creating an account, using the available features and deleting the account do not generate payments to Kylog.

If the service were monetized in the future, the applicable legal documents would be updated beforehand and all mandatory commercial information would be provided before a voluntary purchase is allowed. No current user will be automatically enrolled in a paid service.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

Unless otherwise indicated, Kylog’s code, design, structure, trade name, texts, graphics, exercises, general routines, databases and other proprietary content are jointly owned by Bogdan Ionut Ciobanu Ciobanu and Petru Alexandru Oprea, or are used under a valid license.

Access does not transfer ownership rights. Only the personal use contemplated in the app is permitted. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, extraction, public communication, reverse engineering or exploitation is prohibited, unless permitted by a mandatory rule.

The trademarks and services of Google, Apple, Firebase, OVHcloud and other third parties belong to their respective owners.

6. User content

The routines, names, descriptions and private notes created by the user continue to belong to their creator. Kylog receives only the limited technical license described in the Terms to store and synchronize them and provide the service.

Kylog does not publish profiles or workouts and does not offer a social network. The user is responsible for content they decide to share through external applications.

7. Links and third-party services

The pages or app may link to Google Play, the App Store, Google, Apple, the Spanish Data Protection Agency or other sites. Links do not imply endorsement of all their content or control over their availability. Each third party applies its own terms and policies.

Anyone linking to Kylog may not present a non-existent relationship, sponsorship or authorization, conceal the origin of the content or use the trade name in a misleading manner.

8. Availability and liability

The owners seek to ensure that the information is accurate and that the service is secure and available, but reasonable errors, maintenance or interruptions may occur. Versioned legal information prevails over summaries, screenshots or unverified copies.

Kylog does not provide medical assistance and its fitness content is general. It does not guarantee physical results or replace a professional.

Liability will be determined in accordance with the law. We are not liable for damages caused exclusively by unlawful use or use contrary to instructions, false information provided by the user, failures of third-party networks or services outside our reasonable control, or medical decisions made contrary to visible warnings.

Nothing excludes fraud, gross negligence, personal injury where prohibited by law, lack of conformity, attributable infringements or non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Security

Testing vulnerabilities, scanning, intercepting traffic or attempting to access systems without written authorization is not permitted. Responsible security disclosures must be sent to support@babuin.dev, including only the necessary information and avoiding the public exposure of data or details.

10. Privacy and cookies

The processing of data is explained in the Privacy Policy. The public pages legal.babuin.dev and legal-dev.babuin.dev do not use Analytics, advertising or non-essential cookies. The server may temporarily retain technical logs for security and abuse prevention.

11. Changes

This notice may be updated due to legal, technical, identity or service changes. Each version will have an identifiable date and URL.

Kylog may evolve and introduce new plans, premium features, limits on free use or changes to the organization of its features. These changes will be communicated clearly and applied prospectively, without affecting periods already paid for or rights or conditions expressly acquired by the user.

When a change significantly affects a purchased service, the user will be informed in advance and the rights to which they are entitled under applicable law will be respected.

12. Governing law and disputes

This notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any applicable mandatory consumer or user protection rules.

For issues, first write to support@babuin.dev. Consumers may use the administrative, alternative dispute resolution or judicial mechanisms recognized by law. The courts determined by mandatory rules will have jurisdiction, including those of the consumer’s domicile where applicable.

Kylog is currently not affiliated with any accredited alternative dispute resolution entity for consumer disputes, nor is it required to participate before a specific entity. If a claim is not resolved directly, we will provide the consumer with information about a competent ADR entity and indicate whether we agree to participate in the procedure.
